日本リテールファンド投資法人の資産運用会社である三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティが、新たに「産業ファンド投資法人」を設立し、22日関東財務局に設立の届出を行うことを発表した。同社は、1月に、複数の投資法人の資産運用受託の認可を取得済み。産業ファンド投資法人は、物流施設や産業用施設を投資対象とする。
