日本リテールファンド投資法人の資産運用会社である三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティ(株)が、新たに投資法人を設立することを発表した。投資対象は、倉庫・物流施設・工場・研究開発施設・運輸・通信関連施設・エネルギー関連施設とする。上場時期等詳細は未定。資産運用会社1社が複数のREITを設立するのは、野村不動産投信(株)に続く2社目。
