野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第16期（平成26年11月期）決算を発表した。第16期は「アーバンステージ駒沢」等レジデンス3棟を売却。物件売却益52百万円が寄与する一方、賃貸収益の減少、物件売却損45百万円計上等により、前期比4.0％減益。物件売却益のうち一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は11,600円と前期を4.6％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは全150棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,593億円、有利子負債比率は52.7％。第17期（平成27年5月期）は「プライムアーバン中目黒Ⅱ」等3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、営業利益ベースでは前期比0.2％増益を見込むが、支払利息の増加等により当期純利益は0.6％減益、1口当たり分配金は11,600円と前期と同水準となる見通し。
