野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第15期（平成26年5月期）決算を発表した。第15期はレジデンス2棟を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により増収となるも、修繕費等の増加により前期比0.5％減益、1口当たり分配金は12,161円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は53.4％。第16期（平成26年11月期）は、レジデンス1棟を売却。売却に伴う賃貸収入の減少、固都税の増加等により、前期比6.7％減益を見込む。内部留保より40百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は11,600円となる見通し。
