野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第16期(平成26年11月期)業績予想を発表した。第16期は、物件取得がない前提とすると、前期に売却した物件の賃貸収入がなくなることや固都税の増加等により、前期予想比3.8%減益を見込む。前期に予定していた内部留保40百万円の取り崩しを第16期へ変更することから、1口当たり分配金は11,600円となる見通し。
