野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第14期(平成25年11月期)決算を発表した。第14期は、投資口の追加発行を行い7棟取得する一方、4棟を売却した。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益50百万円が寄与し、投資口数が6.5%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,221円と前期を0.4%上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は53.5%。第15期(平成26年5月期)は、賃貸収入が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、管理委託費及び修繕費の増加等を見込み、前期比3.4%減益。内部留保より40百万円を取り崩すが、1口当たり分配金は12,050円と前期を1.4%下回る見通し。
