野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は9,306口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し558口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は6.5%増の160,800口となる予定。調達額は約46億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、レジデンス7棟、取得額は計123億円。これらに伴い7月16日に公表した第14期（平成25年11月期）業績予想を修正した。7棟取得が寄与し、前回予想比4.3%増益、内部留保より40百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は12,100円と前回と変動なし。また第15期（平成26年5月期）業績予想を発表した。上記7棟の通期稼働が寄与し前期予想比3.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,250円となる見通し。
