野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第13期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、レジデンス1棟取得、2棟売却を行った。修繕費が増加するも、礼金更新料の増加、物件売却益計上等により前期比0.1%増益。物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は12,170円と前期を2%下回った。期末の有利子負債比率は53%。第14期は、プライムアーバン北千束を売却。礼金更新料の減少等により前期比2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,100円となる見通し。
