野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第11期（平成24年5月期）決算を発表した。第11期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス8棟を取得。一方、レジデンス1棟を売却した。新規取得物件の賃貸収益が寄与し前期比25%増益。投資口数が20%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,302円と前期を上回った。第12期（平成24年11月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、支払利息が減少することから当期純利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。
