野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第10期（平成23年11月期）決算を発表した。第10期はレジデンス2棟を取得。前期の物件売却がなくなる一方、震災による損失がなくなることから前期比0.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,770円となった。第11期（平成24年5月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行及び8棟取得を行った。これにより前期比22%増益、投資口数が20%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,018円と前期を2%上回る見通し。
