野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第8期（平成22年11月期）決算を発表した。第8期は2棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。これに伴う賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益により前期比9.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,068円となった。第9期（平成23年5月期）は、1棟を取得し0.3%増収を見込むが、賃貸事業費用の増加等により0.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,960円となる見通し。
