野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第7期(平成22年5月期)決算を発表。第7期は、期初に公募増資とレジデンス4棟取得を行った。これにより前期比5%増益となるも、公募増資に伴い投資口数が30%増、1口当たり実績分配金は11,046円と前期を19%下回った。第8期(平成22年11月期)は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を行う。賃貸事業費用の減少等を見込み5.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,700円となる見通し。
