野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第6期(平成21年11月期)決算を発表した。第6期は物件の売買はなし。支払利息の増加等により2%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,631円となった。第7期(平成22年5月期)は、期初に公募増資を行い4棟を取得した。これにより9.7%増益となるも、投資口数30%増により1口当たり分配金は11,529円となる見通し。
