野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口27,400口追加発行及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出1,370口を行うことを発表した。調達資金は115億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス4棟の取得資金及び借入金の返済に充当する。これに伴い第7期（平成22年5月期）及び第8期（平成22年11月期）業績予想を発表。上記4棟取得による賃貸収益増を見込み、前期予想比8%増益、投資口数30%増により1口当たり分配金は11,529円と、前期予想を16%下回る見通し。続く第8期（平成22年11月期）1口当たり分配金は12,152円となる見通し。
