野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第5期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第5期は5棟を取得し前期比5.7%増収となる一方、営業費用及び支払利息の増加等により1.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,910円となった。第6期（平成21年11月期）は、支払利息の増加等により0.8%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,800円となる見通し。
