野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第4期(平成20年11月期)決算を発表した。第4期はレジデンス3棟を取得し、前期比16%増益、1口当たり実績分配金は14,144円となった。第5期(平成21年5月期)は、5棟取得により6%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により5%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,400円となる見通し。
