野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第3期(平成20年5月期)決算を発表した。第3期は34棟取得により前期比23%増益となる一方、投資口数42%増により1口当たり分配金は12,127円と前期を13%下回った。第4期(平成20年11月期)は、3棟取得及び第3期に取得した物件の通期稼働により14.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,920円となる見通し。
