野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第4期(平成20年11月期)業績予想を修正した。前回(平成20年1月)発表時より2棟取得、借入金の変動に加え、資産運用会社へ支払う運用報酬のうち、インセンティブ報酬を資産規模が3,000億円に達するまでゼロと規約変更とすることにより、従来予想比5%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,840円となる見通し。
