野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が第2期（平成19年11月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、8棟を取得し、当期利益953百万円、1口当たり実績分配金は14,005円となった。併せて投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は27,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,365口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で42%増の96,765口となる見通し。第3期（平成20年5月期）業績予想は、24棟取得により12%増収を見込むが、上記投資口追加により1口当たり分配金は11,043円となる見通し。また第4期（平成20年11月期）1口当たり分配金は13,180円となる見通し。
