野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人（NRF）が第1期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、最初に物件を取得した上場前の平成18年9月27日からの247日間。上場前に57棟、2月上場時に29棟、上場後に3棟を取得し、上場時の業績予想に対し13%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,102円となった。第2期（平成19年11月期）は、新たに2棟を取得。運用期間は6ヶ月間となり、純利益916百万円、1口当たり分配金は13,463円となる見通し。 また、併せて大田区のレジデンスの取得を発表。物件は東急多摩川線沼部駅より徒歩4分に、平成20年2月竣工予定の5階建てマンション。NRFは物件竣工後の第3期（平成20年5月期）に取得予定。
