野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人が2月14日東証上場

野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人（NRF）が、2月14日東証に上場する。野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人の資産運用会社である野村不動産投信株式会社が運用する2つ目のREITとなる。1社が2投資法人を運用するのは、J-REIT初。NRFは賃貸住宅、サービスアパートメント、シニア向けなどレジデンスを投資対象とする。上場時に取得又は取得予定する資産は全89棟、696億円。
