日本コマーシャル投資法人（NCI）が第9期（平成22年8月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、12月1日を効力日とするユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）との合併契約を締結。これに伴い合併関連費用が発生するも、前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより、前期比111%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,967円となった。第10期は、UURとの合併によりNCIは11月26日に上場廃止予定のため、運用期間は平成22年9月から11月までの91日間となる。当期利益は514百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,000円となる見通し。
