日本コマーシャル投資法人(NCI)が4月13日に償還期限を迎える投資法人債81億円の償還資金として、不動産市場安定化ファンドを活用して借り入れを行うことを発表した。借入金額は80億円。期間は2年5ヶ月。当初の金利スプレッド3.96984%。NCIは同ファンドの活用を投資法人債返済のための臨時措置と位置付け、現在検討中の新スポンサー決定次第早急に返済する予定。
