日本コマーシャル投資法人が第7期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、オフィスビル1棟売却により売却益220百万円が発生する一方、担保設定登記費用637百万円の計上等により2.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,830円となった。第8期（平成22年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及びスポンサー選定費用として120百万円を見込み、前期比25%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,580円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年8月期）1口当たり分配金は7,850円となる見通し。なお、新スポンサーの選定は11月末までに決定する予定。
