日本コマーシャル投資法人が第6期（平成21年2月期）決算を発表した。第6期は保有物件1棟の追加取得及び3棟売却を行った。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、物件売却損失5.7億円計上により、前期比42%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,097円となった。第7期（平成21年8月期）は1棟売却に伴う物件売却益2億円を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により22%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,100円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成22年2月期）1口当たり分配金は7,500円となる見通し。
