日本コマーシャル投資法人が第5期（平成20年8月期）決算を発表した。第5期は2棟取得（うち1棟追加取得）及び2棟売却を行った。物件売却益13億円が寄与し、前期比15%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,883円となった。第6期（平成21年2月期）は保有物件の追加取得を行う一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから30%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,145円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年8月期）1口当たり分配金は11,360円となる見通し。
