日本コマーシャル投資法人が9月26日東証に上場する予定。現在上場している日本レジデンシャル投資法人に続いてパシフィックマネジメント（東証8902）が設立する2番めのREIT。上場時の運用資産は、オフィスビルと商業施設の全34棟、取得額計約1,900億円。資産運用会社はパシフィック・コマーシャル・インベストメント（株）。
