三井不動産アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、墨田区にある2020年竣工の「パークキューブ錦糸町」と、台東区にある2021年竣工の「パークキューブ上野桜木」。2物件の取得額は計26.14億円。 一方、売却する物件は、福岡市南区にある2009年竣工の「パークアクシス高宮東」、売却額は7.9億円。 これに伴い第40期（2026年2月期）業績予想を修正。パークアクシス高宮東の売却益416百万円が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し6.2％増益を見込む。圧縮記帳により約300百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,371円と1.1％増となる見通し。
