日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第37期（2024年8月期）決算を発表した。 第37期における物件取得はなし。ポートフォリオ全体の期中平均稼働率は96.8％と前期より0.3ポイント低下したが、入替え時の賃料変動率は+5.7％の上昇と前期を上回った。これにより前期比増収となったが、繁忙期に伴う賃貸費用の増加により、前期比3.5％減益、1口当たり分配金は11,064円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは136物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,421億円、有利子負債比率は51.0％。 第38期（2025年2月期）は、「くれたけイン旭川」を取得する。ポートフォリオ全体の期中平均稼働率は97.1％と前期より0.3ポイント上昇する想定。これに伴う増収や、非繁忙期に伴う賃貸費用の減少により、前期比2.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,330円となる見通し。 第39期（2025年8月期）は、ポートフォリオ全体の期中平均稼働率が96.8％を想定する。既存物件の増収を想定する一方、非繁忙期に伴う賃貸費用の増加により、前期予想比3.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,900円となる見通し。
