日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、「ドーミー芦屋」を売却する。 売却する物件は、兵庫県芦屋市に保有する、2002年竣工、5階建、総戸数140戸の社会人向け寮。現在は100％稼働であるが、将来的なテナントリスクや、簿価を上回る価格で売却できることから、売却を決定した。売却額は13.04億円。これにより売却益が発生するが、内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
