日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第34期（2023年2月期）決算を発表した。 第34期における物件取得はなし。期中平均稼働率は97.0％と前期より0.5ポイント上昇、また入替時の賃料変動率は+3.5％と1.4ポイント上昇した。前期の物件売却益がなくなったが、賃貸収入の増加、非繁忙期による費用減少により、前期比2.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,778円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,399億円、有利子負債比率は51.5％。 第35期（2023年8月期）は、期中平均稼働率96.8％を想定する。繁忙期に伴う費用増加により、前期比4.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,330円となる見通し。 第36期（2024年2月期）は、期中平均稼働率97.0％を想定する。非繁忙期に伴う費用減少により、前期予想比3.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,660円となる見通し。
