日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第33期（2022年8月期）決算を発表した。 第33期は、「パークアクシス菊川」を取得する一方、「ドーミー洛北」を売却した。期中平均稼働率は96.5％と前期より0.3ポイント低下したが、入替時の賃料変動率は+2.1％と上昇率が5期ぶりに増加に転じた。既存物件の増収や売却益107百万円が寄与し、前期比0.3％増益。売却益を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,299円と前期比1.8％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,399億円、有利子負債比率は51.6％。 第34期（2023年2月期）は、平均稼働率96.8％と0.3ポイント上昇する想定。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、非繁忙期に伴う費用減少により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込む。1口当たり分配金は10,510円と、内部留保を行った前期より2％増となる見通し。 第35期（2023年8月期）は、平均稼働率96.5％を想定する。繁忙期に伴う費用増加により、前期予想比3.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,130円となる見通し。
