日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第32期（2022年2月期）決算を発表した。 第32期における物件取得はなし。期中平均稼働率は96.8％と前期より0.6ポイント上昇した。入替賃料変動率は、シングルタイプが-4.0％と減額傾向が続く一方、ファミリータイプは+7.9％と増額基調が続く。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や非繁忙期に伴うテナント入替費用の減少により、前期比6.0％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は10,485円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,379億円、有利子負債比率は51.4％。 第33期（2022年8月期）は、「パークアクシス菊川」を取得。期中平均稼働率は96.3％と前期より0.5ポイント低下する想定。新規物件が寄与し賃貸収入は増加するが、繁忙期に伴う費用や固都税の増加により、前期比4.5％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は10,010円となる見通し。 第34期（2023年2月期）は、期中平均稼働率が引き続き96.3％を想定する。非繁忙期に伴う費用減少により、前期予想比2.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,260円となる見通し。
