日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第31期（2021年8月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は、前期の公募増資によって調達した資金を活用し、「パークキューブ大井町レジデンス」等、住宅7物件を取得。期中平均稼働率は96.2％と前期より0.2ポイント低下した。新規物件の収益が寄与し、前期比2.4％増益。内部留保より74百万円を取崩すが、1口当たり分配金は10,035円と前期比0.4％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,379億円、有利子負債比率は51.7％。 第32期（2022年2月期）は、期中平均稼働率が96.5％と前期より0.3ポイント改善する想定。前期に取得した7物件の通期稼働、非繁忙期のためテナント入替費用の減少により、前期比4.7％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は10,350円と前期比3.1％増となる見通し。 第33期（2022年8月期）は、期中平均稼働率が96.3％と前期より0.2ポイント低下を想定。繁忙期のためテナント入替費用の増加により、前期予想比2.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,060円となる見通し。
