日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、「パークアクシス菊川ステーションゲート」等、都内の住宅3物件を取得する。 3物件いずれもスポンサーである三井不動産グループが開発した、単身者及びDINKS向けマンション。取得額は計96.9億円。借入金及び自己資金によって取得する。取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は3％増の3,379億円となる。 本物件取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
