日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第29期（2020年8月期）決算を発表した。 第29期は「パークアクシス赤塚」「パークキューブ大井町レジデンス」を取得。コロナ禍の影響により平均稼働率が96.8％と低下したが、新規物件の賃貸収益寄与、テナント入替費用の減少により、前期比0.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,108円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは128物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,162億円、有利子負債比率は51.5％。 第30期（2021年2月期）は、「パークアクシス東陽町・親水公園」を取得。コロナ禍の影響が残ることを想定し、ポートフォリオの平均稼働率は96.5％を前提とする。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、稼働率の低下により、前期比0.3％減益を想定し、1口当たり分配金は10,080円となる見通し。 第31期（2021年8月期）は、平均稼働率96.3％を想定する。繁忙期により増収を見込むが、稼働率の低下、テナント入替費用や支払利息の増加により、前期予想比1.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,910円となる見通し。
