日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第28期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第28における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した3物件が通期寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益の反動減により、前期比13.5％減益。1口当たり分配金は10,042円と前期比3.9％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは126物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,097億円、有利子負債比率は50.8％。 第29期（2020年8月期）は、パークアクシス赤塚を取得。既存物件の賃料増額改定や繁忙期による一時金収入により増収となるが、賃貸事業費用の増加により、前期比2.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,780円となる見通し。 第30期（2021年2月期）は、非繁忙期による賃貸事業費用の減少により、前期予想比3.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,150円となる見通し。
