日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、大阪府吹田市のレジデンスを売却する。 売却する物件は、新大阪より北方へ3キロ、北大阪急行電鉄江坂駅より徒歩5分に位置する、2009年竣工、14階建の単身者向けマンション。総戸数130戸、6月末時点の稼働率は93.1％。売却額は30.89億円。簿価との差額は982百万円となり売却益が発生する。 これに伴い第27期（2019年8月期）業績予想を修正。売却益941百万円により4月に公表した業績予想に対し18.6％増益を見込むが、売却益のうち550百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,250円と6.8％増となる見通し。
