日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第26期（2019年2月期）決算を発表した。 第26期は「パークキューブ西新宿」等3物件を取得、「パークキューブ池袋要町」を売却した。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益48百万円が寄与し、前期比6.5％増益。物件売却益のうち26百万円を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は9,706円と前期を5.9％上回った。また東京23区のレジデンスの賃料上昇が牽引し、入替え時の賃料変動率は+5.8％と上場来最高の水準となった。 期末のポートフォリオは124物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,063億円、有利子負債比率は50.4％。 第27期（2019年8月期）は「パークアクシス押上テラス」等3物件を取得予定。これによる賃貸収益や、既存物件の賃料増額が寄与する一方、繁忙期に伴うリーシング費用の増加や前期の物件売却益がなくなることにより、前期比1.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,600円となる見通し。 第28期（2020年2月期）は、消費税増税の影響を見込む一方、第27期に取得した物件の通期稼働、非繁忙期に伴うリーシング費用の減少により、前期予想比2.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,850円となる見通し。
