日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第25期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第25期は「パークキューブ新板橋」を取得。既存物件の賃料改定等により増収となる一方、繁忙期に伴うリーシング費用や修繕費の増加により、前期比0.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は9,161円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは122物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,032億円、有利子負債比率は50.1億円。 第26期（2019年2月期）は「パークキューブ西新宿」「パークアクシス金山WEST」を取得する一方、「パークキューブ池袋要町」を売却。これによる賃貸収益の増加や物件売却益46百万円が寄与し、前期比2.6％増益を見込む。物件売却益のうち25百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,350円となる見通し。
