日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、名古屋のレジデンスの取得、豊島区のレジデンスの売却を発表した。 取得する物件は、JR東海道本線尾頭橋駅より徒歩9分、名古屋市営地下鉄金山駅より徒歩12分に位置する、2006年竣工、14階建のDINKS及びファミリー向けマンション。総戸数63戸、稼働率は96.5％。取得額は17.7億円。 売却する物件は、地下鉄有楽町線要町駅より徒歩3分に位置する、2007年竣工、14階建のマンション。簿価を上回る価格で売却できることから、売却を決定した。売却額は16.2億円。簿価との差額は68百万円。売却益は一部を内部留保し、残額を分配する予定。 売却益が反映される第26期（2019年2月期）業績予想は、10月公表予定の第25期（2018年8月期）決算と併せて公表される。
