日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第24期（平成30年2月期）決算を発表した。 第24期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した3物件の通期稼働、既存物件の稼働率上昇及び賃料増額改定、特に都心3区の賃料上昇が寄与し、前期比8.0％増益、1口当たり分配金は、平成18年上場来最高額の9,179円（分割換算）となった。 期末のポートフォリオは121物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,015億円、有利子負債比率は50.0％。 第25期（平成30年8月期）は「パークアクシス新板橋」を取得。これによる賃貸収入が寄与する一方、繁忙期に伴うリーシング費用の増加により、前期比3.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,900円となる見通し。
