日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第22期（平成29年2月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は「パークアクシス渋谷」を売却。物件売却益58百万円、非繁忙期に伴う原状回復費等の減少、支払利息の減少等により、前期比5.1％増益。物件売却益のうち55百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は8,428円と前期を3.7％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは118物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,974億円、有利子負債比率は50.1％。 第23期（平成29年8月期）は「パークアクシス東高円寺」を取得。これによる賃貸収入が寄与する一方、繁忙期に伴う原状回復費やテナント募集費の増加により、前期比4.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,200円となる見通し。 なお、5月に開催予定の投資主総会の承認を前提条件として、新たにホテル（宿泊施設）を投資対象とする。社宅、シニア施設、サービスアパートメントと併せてポートフォリオ全体の10％を上限として投資対象に加える。
