日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第21期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第21期は「パークアクシス馬込レジデンス」等3物件を取得。繁忙期に伴う礼金や更新料が寄与し、前期比1.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,130円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは119物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,987億円、有利子負債比率は50.4％。 第22期（平成29年2月期）は、繁忙期でないため前期比0.9％減収となるが、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の減少により1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,250円となる見通し。
