日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第20期（平成28年2月期）決算を発表した。第20期における物件取得はなし。非繁忙期により礼金収入等が減少する一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、修繕費の減少等により、前期比4.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,036円となった。期末のポートフォリオは116物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,949億円、有利子負債比率は50.2％。第21期（平成28年8月期）は「パークアクシス馬込レジデンス」等3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、繁忙期につき賃貸事業費用が増加するため、前期比2.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,870円となる見通し。
