日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が、第19期（平成27年8月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、都内のレジデンス3棟、有料老人ホームの底地1件を取得。修繕費や固都税の増加等により営業利益ベースでは前期比0.1％減益となるが、支払利息の減少等により、当期純利益ベースで1.1％増益。投資口数5.0％の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は7,688円と前期を3.7％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは116物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,949億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。第20期（平成28年2月期）は、非繁忙期につき減収を見込む一方、賃貸事業費用の減少等により、前期比1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,800円となる見通し。
