日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第18期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第18期の物件取得はなし。礼金等の一時金収入が減少する一方、修繕費や支払利息の減少により、前期比4.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,984円となった。期末のポートフォリオは112棟、資産規模（取得額計）は2,877億円、有利子負債比率は53.2％。第19期（平成27年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「パークアクシス蒲田ステーションゲート」等4件を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、固都税や賃貸費用の増加により、前期比1.4％減益を見込む。投資口数5％増により、1口当たり分配金は7,500円と前期を6.1％下回る見通し。続く第20期（平成28年2月期）は前期予想比2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,650円となる見通し。
