日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は22,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,100口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5％増の484,522口となる予定。調達額は約106億円を見込み、併せて発表した4件の取得資金に充て、残金は手元資金とする。新たに取得する物件は、都内のレジデンス3棟、有料老人ホームの底地1件。4件の取得額は計71.85億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は2.5％増の2,949億円となる。これらに伴い第19期（平成27年8月期）及び第20期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を発表した。第19期は上記4棟取得により、前期予想比1.0％増益を見込むが、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は7,450円と前期予想を3.9％下回る見通し。第20期は前期予想比1.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,550円となる見通し。
