日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第17期（平成26年8月期）決算を発表した。第17期は「パークキューブ愛宕タワー」等レジデンス5棟を取得。これにより前期比3.1％増益。投資口2分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は7,672円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は53.5％。第18期（平成27年2月期）は、減収を見込むも、修繕費や支払利息の減少により前期比1.0％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,750円となる見通し。
