日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第14期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、レジデンス2棟及び匿名組合出資持分1件を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、修繕費や支払利息の減少等により前期比1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,890円となった。第15期（平成25年8月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を行い、レジデンス12棟を取得。これにより前期比6.2%増益。投資口数18%増加により1口当たり分配金は13,350円と前期を10%下回る見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は増資前の54.7%から増資後は50%弱となる見込み。続く第16期（平成26年2月期）は前期予想比3.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,850円となる見通し。
